From Tampa/Clearwater
|
*Take the Veterans Expressway/Suncoast Parkway/Highway 589 North approximately 54 miles to the end at Highway 98/Ponce DeLeon Blvd. Turn left at the exit (North) toward Crystal River/Homosassa
*Take Highway 98 approximately 2 miles to Highway 19/Suncoast Blvd.
*Turn right onto Highway 19 about 10 miles into Crystal River
* Turn Left (West) onto Fort Island Trail 44W. Follow about 5 miles, pass the road "Pathfiner".
* Turn right onto N. Seabreeze Pt. (Twin Rivers Marina), follow to the split in the road, follow the parking sign, and park on the opposite of the water from the Marina. Bring all of your bags and items you want with you on the boat. Walk over to the large building (Marina) and you will see our yellow and blue signs "Manatee Tours" directing you to the front of the Marina.

From I-75 or I-275 North of Tampa ( Bush Gardens) approx. 90 miles(1.5-2 hrs)

- Take 1-75 North to Exit 61, Brooksville and Hwy. 98 West.
- Turn left onto Hwy. 98. You will also see signs for SR 50, Hwy. 98 and SR50 are the same road until you reach Brooksville. From Brooksville, follow signs for 98 West (you will actually be traveling Northwest).
- Take Hwy. 98 all the way to Hwy. 19 (North) about 15 miles into Crystal River. As you enter Crystal River, you will see a Home Depot on the left, counting the light there as 1, proceed to the 3rd light, at Fort Island Trail (44W).
- Turn Left (West) onto Fort Island Trail 44W. Follow about 5 miles, pass the road "Pathfiner".
- Turn right onto N. Seabreeze Pt. (Twin Rivers Marina), follow to the split in the road, follow the parking sign, and park on the opposite of the water from the Marina. Bring all of your bags and items you want with you on the boat. Walk over to the large building (Marina) and you will see our yellow and blue signs "Manatee Tours" directing you to the front of the Marina.

From Jacksonville - approximately 125 miles/ 2.5-3 hrs.

- I-10 West to US 301 South exit
- US 301 South to SR 24 West
- SR 24 West to Gainesville to I-75 South.
- I-75 South (for a very short distance) to Exit 74 (SR 121 and Williston). Make right heading West.
- Follow SR121 for about 60 miles until you reach Hwy 19.
- Turn left to head South on Hwy 19.
- Follow about 10-15 miles into Crystal River
- Turn right (West) onto Fort Island Trail/44 W. Follow about 5 miles pass the road "Pathfiner".
- Turn right onto N. Seabreeze Pt. (Twin Rivers Marina), follow to the split in the road, follow the parking sign, and park on the opposite of the water from the Marina. Bring all of your bags and items you want with you on the boat. Walk over to the large building (Marina) and you will see our yellow and blue signs "Manatee Tours" directing you to the front of the Marina.

From Orlando - approximately 90 miles/ 2-2.5 hrs.

- Take the Florida Turnpike North until it ends, where it will automatically run into to I-75.
- Get off on Exit 329 (44 and Wildwood) Left on SR 44 West approx. 20 miles to Inverness where you will have to turn Right at the light in order to stay on SR 44
- Take SR 44 about another 15 miles into Crystal River at Hwy 19
- Turn left onto Hwy 19 (south) about 2 miles, turn right (West) onto Fort Island Trail
- Follow about 5 miles, pass the road "Pathfiner
- Turn right onto N. Seabreeze Pt. (Twin Rivers Marina), follow to the split in the road, follow the parking sign, and park on the opposite of the water from the Marina. Bring all of your bags and items you want with you on the boat. Walk over to the large building (Marina) and you will see our yellow and blue signs "Manatee Tours" directing you to the front of the Marina.

From Gainesville - approximately 60 miles/ 1 - 1 1/2 hrs.

- I-75 South to SR 121
- Follow 121 to Highway 19, turn left (South) onto Highway 19, about 10-15 miles into Crystal River
- Turn right (West) onto Fort Island Trail
- Turn right onto N. Seabreeze Pt. (Twin Rivers Marina), follow to the split in the road, follow the parking sign, and park on the opposite of the water from the Marina. - SR 200 south to 484 West. Rte. on 484 to Dunnellon.
- Turn left at stop light on to Hwy 19 South.
- As you enter Crystal River, turn Left (West) onto Fort Island Trail 44W. Follow about 5 miles, pass the road "Pathfiner
